We Support the Order
From negotiation to shipping, we stay involved until it's in your hands.
Every stage, walked through.
Tell us what you need
The more specific your brief, the faster we can move — but you don't need a finished spec sheet to start. A product description, a rough target unit cost, expected order volume, and any certifications your market requires (CE, FCC, whatever applies) is enough for us to begin identifying the right category of supplier. If you're not sure what certifications apply, tell us where you're selling and we'll help figure that out.
We find and verify suppliers
This is where most of the work happens, and it's the same 5-point check on every single supplier: business license and export records, factory-vs-trader confirmation, certification cross-referencing against the issuing body, sample evaluation, and a final quote-readiness check. Nothing gets shortlisted to you until it clears all five.
You get verified options
Around a week after your brief, you get 2-3 verified suppliers with real quotes — not ballpark numbers, but pricing tied to your actual specs, along with a landed cost estimate so you're comparing real numbers, not just unit price. Complex or highly regulated products can take longer, and we'll tell you upfront if that's the case for yours.
We support the order
From there, it's your call how involved we stay. Some clients take the verified shortlist and run with it directly. Others want us in the room for negotiation, sample rounds, production QC, and coordinating shipping through to delivery. Either way, the verification work is already done — you're deciding from a position of actually knowing who you're dealing with.
Every supplier earns their place.
