SourceFlo is a new business. These terms are an honest, plain-language placeholder while we finalize a formal version with legal counsel — they describe how we actually intend to work, not boilerplate.
What we do
SourceFlo researches, vets, and verifies manufacturers in China on your behalf, and gathers quotes from suppliers we have confirmed. A fixed sourcing fee covers this work. If you place an order through a supplier we found, a small percentage fee applies on top — always confirmed with you upfront before any order is placed.
What we don't guarantee
We verify suppliers carefully, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any individual order, shipment, or production run. Sourcing carries inherent risk — our job is to reduce that risk substantially through verification, not to eliminate it entirely.
Payments
Fees and payment terms are agreed with you directly before any work begins. Nothing is charged automatically or without your confirmation.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Slovenia.
